At Fi'zi:k, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction; if your high-performance gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping carton to ensure the technical components are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
